I have a Word 2013 document with a password. I can't open it because of the password. I can't save it as RTF because I can't open it. I can't open the RTF file in notepad because I can't convert the Word document to RTF. How do I get to the all-important step of saving my password protected Word document as an RTF? Even if I dismiss the password dialog when I try to open the file, "Save As" is disabled as an option. Please don't ask me why it's not an option. I don't know. That's why I'm asking you.

Thanks for this video, Dr. Al-Malood! Can I ask, would you consider Word 2013 encryption strong? (When the whole file is encrypted against opening it.) I'm not so worried about hackers (individual or orgs) that can brute-force it in months or years. But I am worried if a skilled hacker with the right tools can open it in a few minutes, or by running crack software overnight. This would be for "medium strength" passwords (not short or predictable, but also not very long and unpredictable ones).
