I’ve been using Samsung’s Galaxy Buds for a little over a month now so it’s time to talk about whether or not the Galaxy Buds are worth the purchase. This video covers the Galaxy Bud’s battery life, sound quality, comfort, missing features, and updated features. I then close it out with a comparison between the Galaxy Buds, the Jabra Elite 65ts, the Bose SoundSport Frees, and the Icon X 2018s

  • Extremely well done video! You did a great job on the review and you really helped me out.

Do you think the handsfree feature will ever get to be fixed? Handsfree sound is just terrible walking down the street.

  • Just to congratulate you for your video. Being watching a lot of review videos and I've learn a lot on yours. I know it's a ultra competitive niche so really keep it up 🔥🔥🔥

  • Honestly they are good at first after you start wearing them for about two or three months their not the same I can't even go 2 meters far from my phone and the bluetooth signal gets lost also they are low in volume and another thing is that even tho your earbuds are at 100% when u put them in the case its like the case its charging them again because when I take my earbuds out of the case and left the case and the earbuds charged the case still loses batterie and not just a little its like it goes from having the green LED to having a red LED so if you are trying to buy earbuds dont buy these

  • Wow! This is one of the most thorough detailed review videos I've seen. You have done an extensive amount of work to ferret out all this information. Thanks. I'm gonna subscribe.

  • I just genuinely like this review. Such a solid review. Your calm, thorough and u truly care about making a this review. U earned a sub my man.

  • Robert Williams says:

Had mine (Galaxy buds) since March and honestly I dont even use them anymore. For me they just don't work well enough for me to use them. They're very uncomfortable, the sound quality is average, I can't use them while working out because anything other than just sitting completely still dislodges them. People constantly complain that they cant hear me and they are very glitchy.

I'm on the fence about selling them because they were a gift from my wife, but to be honest I have a cheap off the rack set from Walmart that are much better in my opinion and I spent less than 30 bucks on those.

Apparently they work well for some people, but for me…….I can do much better for much cheaper. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

  • Do you think galaxy buds can handle sweat from working out and stay in the ear running or jumping rope? I just bought jabra elite actives, but I feel them coming loose while jumping rope. Just found out I sweat in my ear when working out 😄

  • I am having a grave dilemma. The volume of my pair seems like they are not operating at full volume when turned up full volume. To test, I compared the original AKG wired phones that came with my Note 8, those things are plenty loud. However, when I turn these things up, they only seem like they are at half volume! Is there a way to turn up volume, or is that how these things perform? And please, do not tell me to make sure they are fitting in my ear correctly.

  • Ronald Gardner jr. says:

My only Question is about being active…. Playing basketball or running working out which one will stay in your ear the best??? Power beats Pro or Galaxy Buds???

  • Jeffrey Samuel says:

Awesome review Eric, I just got mine there is a plastic burning smell from the buds is that an issue, reddit comments say the smell wears away after long time use

  • Jefferson Domingo says:

Im having a debate weather to get the white Galaxy buds or the black one. I like the white one cause it looks good, but one reason holding me back is when i drop it in the snow, i wont find it

  • Janethan Ricanibante says:

This may sound weird but can you use just one bud? Preferably the Left bud. My cousin lost his right ear after surviving a house fire.

  • I've been considering buying these for my Motorola g9. However, even with the galaxy app do not know how well they will work together. Could anyone provide any information? Thank you and very useful video

  • So, how's the latency after the most recent update? It was half a second before, but what is the latency now? Is it negligible or still asort of annoying when watching video?

  • Hi.urgent question. I tried the new galaxy buds with my samsung galaxy s8+. However, i dont seems to be hearing my music that loud. Even if it is in full capacity.. i have an apple airbud and tried with my s8+ before..i seems to be encountering the same problem..however on a normal earphone with cord, i can hear pefectly loud..is this an issue? Greatful if you could advise

  • Excellent review and intuitive content. Hope to see more. Ive been using IconX for more than 2 years and I delay getting the buds because of the inability to store music and allows you the reprogram three playlists. That is a deal breaker! Also I feel the bass is better BECAUSE of the bulkier snug fit! so important for bass sound in earbuds. My ears are Navy Seals tough and I push em in tight. Also it's so great to be able to listen from IconX's and control the sounds without the phone and save the battery. I leave the pod always plugged in and IconXs work all day always 3 years! To bad for the buds but sound is very personal and I think your review style is perfecto!

  • Wasani Williams says:

I had an IPhone and Airpods and recently switched over to the S10 plus and got the buds…and what I love about the buds the most over the airpods is the fact that they can update the buds …you can't update the airpods

  • Wow. A great review even sounded unbiased. Like that a lot. I have a Note 9 and just feel like they would be perfect for them for doing activities. Comfort is paramount. Sound quality is important to me so I hope they do not disappoint there. I've owned all the others in your review at one time or another. The Bose Free really did sound quite good however they are huge and like you mentioned controlling tracks and volume is hideous. Thank you again, this review just pushed me over the edge to make that purchase of which I have a $30 discount/offer available. I really hope I can talk to people on these. Its important too.

  • I have owned other buds in the past, when i would make a phone call or receive a call the Clarity was not so good whatsoever could you tell me how good the sound on the air buds is when it comes to a phone call and how much of a distance can I walk away from my phone while I am on a phone? call
