In this rare Japanese video taken from March 2005, it shows the final moments during the long running 1979 Doraemon anime’s voice actors meeting up one last time in the booth, recording their final lines, and receiving their final farewell from Shin-Ei Animation, Fujiko Pro, and TV Asahi.
At the end of the video, they announce that a new voice cast would be taking their place, starting on April 15, 2005 with the premiere episode of the ongoing 2005 anime series.

Nobuyo Ōyama as Doraemon (who retired from voice acting following a stroke in 2008 and getting dementia in May 2015.)

Wasabi Mizuta as Doraemon (who was 30 years old at the time of her start and is the current voice actress for Doraemon in Japanese media.)
Megumi Ōhara as Nobita Nobi (who was 29 years old and is the current voice actress for Nobita Nobi.)
Yumi Kakazu as Shizuka Minamoto (who was 31 years old, making her the oldest of the main voice cast already and is the current voice actress for Shizuka Minamoto.)
Tomokazu Seki as Suneo Honekawa (who was 32 years old and is the current voice actor for Suneo Honekawa.)
Subaru Kimura as Takeshi “Gian” Goda (who was 14 years old, making him the youngest in the current main voice cast and has been the current voice actor for Takeshi “Gian” Goda.)
